Shipping policy

While we wish we could hand deliver every single order straight to your door, we'll have to leave that in the hands of the delivery pros! Prints & Paper Co. is not responsible for shipping delays made by shipping carriers. If there is an issue with your order, we will do our best to help!

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping ratesShipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Orders typically take 2-5 business days to arrive, depending on the distance traveled. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@printsandpaperco.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

***We do not currently offer international shipping.***

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Returns

We hope you are happy with everything in your order, but we know returns happen. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order for returns. Items must be unused and in the condition they were received. Shipping costs for the original order will not be refunded and customers are responsible for return shipping. 

Exchanges

We hope you are happy with everything in your order, but we know sometimes you change your mind!  Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order for an exchange. Items must be unused and in the condition they were receivedFree shipping is offered for exchanges.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued within 7 days of receiving returned items in their original condition.

Damaged Orders

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@printsandpaperco.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis to determine the best solution.
